WARRANTY POLICY

Term & Conditions for Products Warranty

We sincerely hope you would be satisfied with the new product. Based on laws and regulations related to the protection of consumer rights and interests in Malaysia and Saxco’s policies, Saxco Marketing Sdn. Bhd.(“Saxco”) formulates Saxco’s product warranty policy, according to which you could return, replace, or repair the products return, replace, or repair the products. We are willing to provide related services.

Saxco reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Warranty Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Platform with no other notices provided and you are deemed to be aware of and bound by any changes to the foregoing upon their publication on the Platform.

 If you are under the age of 18 or the legal age for giving consent here under pursuant to the applicable laws in your country (the “legal age”), you must obtain permission from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to open an account on the Platform. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor who is creating an account, you must accept and comply with these Terms of Use on the minor’s behalf and you will be responsible for the minor’s actions, any charges associated with the minor’s use of the Platform and/or Services or purchases made on the Platform. If you do not have consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), you must stop using/accessing this Platform and/or Services.

*In addition, any products that are not inside the warranty list will be considered as no warranty applied. This warranty only applied to all Saxco Dealer.

TERMINATION

All orders are considered as final, no refund will be entitled. This Replacement Wrranty shall terminate immediately with no refund of the Replacement Warranty Fee in the event of any of the following:-

  • Upon expiry of the Contract; Disposal or repossession of the Product;
  • Unauthorized repair, replacement or modification of the Product;
  • If the product is moved out of the country of purchase, it will not be covered by this Replacement Warranty.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

  • Repair orders for discontinued models can only be carried out subject to the availability of spare parts.
  • Repair target dates are always non binding. The definitive repair time depends on the actual repair work.
  • In order to reduce repair time, Saxco Marketing Sdn Bhd reserves the right to replace defective devices with new or used exchange devices. Thus, we become the owner of the replaced deviceI.
  • If the device cannot be repaired or the repair is not economically advantageous, we will inform the customer accordingly about the necessity to order a new device. If the customer wishes to retrieve the defective device, we will ship it back and charge the respective costs. If the customer does not order to retrieve the defective device eight weeks after being informed about the necessity to order a new device, we will dispose of the defective device. We reserve the right to charge the customer with the respective disposal costs.

CANCELLATION

This Service Contract can be cancelled within 14 days from the date of purchase at a full refund provided that no valid claim has taken place. If a valid claim has been proceeded, the Service Contract cannot be cancelled.

Any replacement or repairing issue of Saxco E-Store only can be done in Saxco Marketing Sdn Bhd (HQ).

ONE-TO-ONE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

 

COVERAGE

  • The Product replacement period is based on the date of Products Receive, subject to payment of the applicable fee for the Replacement Warranty selected.
  • Damaged Product is only applicable for within 7 Days. 

PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY

This Replacement Warranty may only be purchased upon purchase of a Product and only covers a Product which is new and purchased from Saxco. It is included at the time of purchase, the manufacturer’s complete and original warranty which is valid in Malaysia.

SUBMISSION OF REPLACEMENT CLAIM:

Only certain products with manufacturer’s defect are entitled for ONE to ONE replacement (subject to availability of stock), only if

  • The product has an actual ‘Manufacturer’s Defect
  • The packaging and all its original content (including any software and manuals) are complete and in good condition
  • The product is returned with its original receipt
  • Customer needs to contact us within 14 days of the date of invoice

 EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE

  • Saxco is not responsible for any postage fees, express service charges, defects or damages of products during the shipping process.
  • Warranty claims shall not apply to any products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, damage/dysfunction caused by improper handling/usage, accident, modification, water, fire, dirt, lightning, paint, contamination, vermin, or to use in violation of instructions furnished, nor extended to units which have been repaired or altered.
  • Product damage caused by accidental or man-made behaviors, such as liquid damage, falling, input unsuitable voltage, excessive extrusion, main board deformation, etc. Other phenomena are also included such as the power adapter is damaged, cracked, broken or deformed, and the power cable is damaged, broken or bare.
  • Saxco Marketing Sdn Bhd do not provide our own warranty for the products we sell but we do assist you in resolving issues during the warranty period. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 
  • The product is returned after expiration of the warranty period, service fees shall apply and charges will be made accordingly.
